What You'll Be Doing
As a Clinic Director, you will:
  • Lead and mentor your clinic team, ensuring a positive and collaborative workplace.
  • Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in patient care.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and the community.
  • Implement local marketing and outreach initiatives to drive clinic growth.
  • Manage clinic performance metrics and financial goals.
  • Adjust staff schedules to match patient volume needs.
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and upkeep of the clinic space.
  • Perform patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Educate and empower patients with at-home exercise plans and wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
  • Stay ahead of industry advancements through continuing education and mentorship opportunities.
Who You Are
  • A licensed Physical Therapist with a Master's or Doctorate degree.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a mentorship role and fosters a positive team culture.
  • A patient-focused clinician with a minimum of 2 years' experience delivering high-quality, one-on-one care.
  • A strategic thinker who understands clinic performance, scheduling, and operations.
  • A relationship builder who enjoys connecting with physicians, patients, and the community.
  • Prior leadership or management experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to help you grow into the role
