Hybrid work (M-T-W) from Grand Rapids.

Job Summary.
Role Requirements:
- Ready to work in 24*7 production support environment and on-call rotation.
- 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting incidents, service requests, and escalations and resolving issues in Mainframe batch and Online - JCL/Cobol/DB2/CICS/SQL/Easytrieve.
- Provide L2 and L3 analysis, root cause analysis on complex incidents.
- Provide permanent fix for recurring issues. Look for optimization opportunities.
- Good experience working on Stored procedures.
- Develop small programs and code enhancements as needed.
- Any experience on cloud initiatives and mainframe modernization initiatives is a plus.
- Knowledge of utilities like FILEAID, SPUFI, VSAM, CA7 etc
