Job Description
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects on-site in Long Island, New York.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site activities.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges and ensure the project stays on track.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:
  • Proven experience in construction management within the property industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
