About the Role

As a customer-facing Cyber Project Manager you will deliver the highest standard of excellence in new customer onboarding, deployment, and implementation of projects across our customers in the United States. In addition, the role will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements to drive customer value and adoption of our solutions.

Reporting to the Customer Value Office Director, our chosen candidate will have strong accountability, exceptional project management expertise, a background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software implementations, and direct experience working with large enterprise accounts, and a customer-focused mindset. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and regional business growth.

What You'll Do

    • Customer Onboarding & Deployments
    • Lead end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, deployments, and solution implementations
    • Act as the main point of contact for new customers during the new customer onboarding phase
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
    • Coordinate with internal technical teams and sales to deliver a smooth onboarding experience
    • Own customer relationship during onboarding
    • Professional Services Delivery Management
    • Manage the scoping, planning, and execution of professional services engagements
    • Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards, and customer expectations
    • Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and prioritize regional workloads
    • Track project financials, utilization, and profitability of professional services
    • Ensure our engagement drives measurable business outcomes for the customer
    • Stakeholder & Risk Management
    • Serve as the trusted advisor to customers during critical phases of deployment
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues when needed
    • Provide regular status reporting to customers and internal leadership
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Standardize project delivery methodologies and best practices for the region
    • Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to refine processes and improve efficiency
    • Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of playbooks/templates for future projects

What You Have
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master certifications a plus)
    • Experience managing customer-facing implementations and professional services delivery
    • Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Persistence, proactivity, energy, resilience, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success
