Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members in completing Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, neat workplace.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly, maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the General Manager on Team Member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback and support to Team Members.
• Actively participate in the training of new Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively, working with the General Manager for resolution.
• Assist the General Manager in screening and selecting Team Member candidates.
• Help manage Profit & Loss by following cash control and security protocols, maintaining inventory, and managing labor efficiently.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Support the General Manager with facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Are You a Fit?

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail environment, with 3 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Committing to attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Passion for promoting Taco Bell's culture and values.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Execute shift duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging.
• Ensure a positive experience for both teammates and customers.

This position is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and proof of work eligibility. The compensation for this role ranges from $14 to $22 per hour, with variability based on geographic location and experience.
