Job Description:
Unilux Brand We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their experiences are positive and their concerns are addressed promptly. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will utilize your strong communication skills to provide exceptional support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
