Essential Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Proven experience in delegating nursing responsibilities in both licensed and unlicensed personnel within an ambulatory context.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Previous experience in a charge or lead nurse role.
