We're looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Financial Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a superior client experience. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage their accounts, and ensure seamless service delivery. Your expertise in financial reconciliation, reporting, and contract management will be key to your success. Responsibilities
- Lead Client Relationships & Operations: Develop and maintain client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Financial & Account Management: Conduct comprehensive account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, and budget esitmates, while also performing quarterly presentations for stakeholders.
- Contract & Vendor Management: Manage client contracts, negotiate with vendors for services, and resolve any contract or service-related issues, including rectifying incorrect charges.
- Strategic Financial Support: Assist with financial reporting, develop and implement operational procedures, and lead the creation of financial statements and forecasts.
- Problem Resolution & Data Integrity: Proactively resolve customer concerns and internal client issues, while maintaining accurate client and vendor data.
- Collaborative & Proactive Communication: Work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication in all aspects of the role.
