About Our Client

Our client is a nationally active general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, ground-up data center projects. Job Description

The MEP Superintendent will be responsible for:
  • Managing and supervising all MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Reviewing and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material deliveries for MEP systems.
  • Monitoring site safety practices and enforce compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met.
  • Providing technical support to resolve design and construction challenges.
  • Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports for MEP systems.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical should have:
  • A strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the construction industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on job sites.
