Role Overview

We are in search of seasoned, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialists. In this role, you'll oversee full-cycle placements while cultivating robust client partnerships. With some of the highest commission structures in the field, your rewards will be commensurate with the value you generate.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: From initial intake to final placement.
  • Serve as a Client Partner: Understand and address client hiring needs, pain points, and workplace culture.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize our advanced CRM/ATS and your own networks alongside our proprietary communication tools.
  • Maximize Our Platform: Efficiently manage candidates, track outreach, streamline follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Prioritize Permanent Placements: Focus on delivering enduring value for clients while maximizing your commission potential.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: As we enhance our brand, your insights will be valued as well.

Who You Are
  • 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
  • A solid understanding of healthcare recruitment processes or the eagerness to learn-we are ready to mentor you
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiate successful offers.
  • Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our system will be provided).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build something impactful over the long term.
