Role Overview

We are in search of seasoned, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialists. Your Responsibilities
- Own the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: From initial intake to final placement.
- Serve as a Client Partner: Understand and address client hiring needs, pain points, and workplace culture.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize our advanced CRM/ATS and your own networks alongside our proprietary communication tools.
- Maximize Our Platform: Efficiently manage candidates, track outreach, streamline follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Prioritize Permanent Placements: Focus on delivering enduring value for clients while maximizing your commission potential.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership: As we enhance our brand, your insights will be valued as well.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
- A solid understanding of healthcare recruitment processes or the eagerness to learn-we are ready to mentor you
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and negotiate successful offers.
- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our system will be provided).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build something impactful over the long term.
