Job Title: Business System Analyst + QA
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with project management and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with testing methodologies and tools, including manual and automated testing (e.g., Selenium, SOAP UI, Postman is a plus).
  • Strong SQL skills for backend database testing and data validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Ability to create wireframes, process flow diagrams, and other visual documentation.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
