About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Aloft Dallas Downtown. In this role, you will lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll get to do:
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train and coach front desk agents on guest services and hotel policies
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Manage front desk staff scheduling and performance
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and hotel occupancy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
