This position requires interaction with customers, including minors, and will involve access to sensitive payment methods and store merchandise—thus, a criminal history review is necessary for the safety of all involved.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers both in-person and through calls, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions following company policies.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain organized work order files and accurate product formulas.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
  • Clean equipment and assist in deliveries as needed.
  • Remain knowledgeable about products and suggest enhancements for sales.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are an advantage.
