Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is primarily focused on supporting our can labeling operations by transporting materials, loading/unloading pallets, and maintaining efficient warehouse flow. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets of canned goods
- Supply labeling stations with unlabeled cans and remove completed product
- Load and unload deliveries as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in work area
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Work closely with warehouse and production staff to meet daily goals
- Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- $21.00/hour starting wage
