What You’ll Do
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Assist with check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and special requests
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and problem‑solving skills
• Process payments and maintain accurate records following all cash‑handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold the polished, guest‑focused atmosphere that defines the Hyatt Regency New Orleans
