In this position, you will oversee marketing systems, manage funnel operations, execute campaigns, and analyze outcomes, while fostering collaboration across departments and constructing efficient global teams for seamless go-to-market execution.
About the Team
The Zoom Marketing Operations team thrives on enabling scalable and data-informed go-to-market strategies by integrating technology, insights, and strategy throughout the customer journey. We work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to foster operational excellence, ensure dependable pipelines, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in our global marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold a global marketing operations strategy, operating model, and roadmap that aligns with company growth and go-to-market objectives.
- Manage the complete lead and pipeline lifecycle, which includes segmentation, acquisition, scoring, routing, SLAs, conversion optimization, and pipeline health monitoring.
- Develop and expand global marketing operations teams focused on campaign operations, marketing technology, data analytics, and lead lifecycle management.
- Collaborate across functions with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to synchronize planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including MAP, CRM integrations, CDP, ABM, attribution, and data enrichment platforms, guaranteeing scalability and reliability.
- Implement data governance, compliance, and quality standards, while creating dashboards, reports, and executive insights for informed decision-making.
- Design standardized, scalable campaign operations and production processes to support integrated, multi-channel program execution.
- Develop performance management and measurement frameworks for ongoing enhancement across the entire customer lifecycle, exploring experimentation and automation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market leadership roles within dynamic SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven track record in building and scaling global teams, establishing high-performing operational centers of excellence (both onshore and offshore).
- Exceptional knowledge of funnel operations, predictive analytics, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and pipeline forecasting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, as well as CDPs, ABM, and attribution tools.
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior leaders across Go-To-Market teams.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and people leadership skills.
- A successful history of constructing and refining dependable, scalable pipeline engines through operational transformation.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings
Minimum: $184,300.00
Maximum: $403,200.00
Alongside the base salary and/or OTE stated, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that encompasses base salary, bonuses, and equity value.
Please note that starting pay will be influenced by multiple factors and will correlate with qualifications and experience.
