About the Role

PG&E is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Technical Project Manager to lead complex data and analytics initiatives. This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring high-quality data solutions are delivered on time and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data projects (data pipelines, migrations, analytics dashboards).
  • Translate business requirements into clear product roadmaps and technical deliverables.
  • Partner with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to define scope and success metrics.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups).
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation standards.
  • Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in Product Owner / Project or Program Management roles
  • 3+ years delivering data or analytics projects
  • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Informatica, Airflow, Fivetran, etc.)
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP / CSM / Agile certifications preferred
