HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid/In-Office Options

About the Role

TechnoMile is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This team member will report to our HR Director and will undertake a variety of human resource duties from administrative support work, to coordinating events & meetings, and being involved in the recruiting and the onboarding process.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resource department
  • Maintain accurate and confidential human resource records. Update HRIS (ADP preferred) system on an ongoing basis and maintain digital files.
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the Human Resource department.
  • Strong technical presentation skills necessary
  • Assist the HR Director with benefits administrator
  • Use data and metrics to provide statistical reporting
  • Assist with payroll & expenses
  • Support the HR Team with ongoing and special HR projects
  • Be an integral part of corporate culture
  • Recruiting: job postings, back-end reporting/ metrics, onboarding
  • Support offshore HR team as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 year of HR or Administrative Support experience
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to develop charts/reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with HRIS system
  • Excellent organization skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
