We have a fantastic Maintenance Technician opportunity available at our Timber Ridge Apartments in Abilene , TX Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER

Location: Timber Ridge Apartments 3602 Rolling Green Dr Abilene, TX 79606

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
  • Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
  • Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
  • Light plumbing and electrical experience - HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification a plus - CPO certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers - Assist in property grounds maintenance - Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
