Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced, committed and passionate Maintenance Technician to join our great team. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical and electrical background, with general understanding of hydraulic and mechanic system, to oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment.

About the Role:
As our Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Maintains a preventative maintenance program for all presses and other manufacturing equipment.
- Repairs and test machines and/or machines assemblies.
- Determines whether repairs should be made in-house or by an outside source.
- Monitors quality of repairs by third party contractors.
- Performs electronical/mechanical diagnostic troubleshooting on all plant equipment.
- Interfaces with production management and line personnel to ensure that equipment is being utilized properly and efficiently.
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
You're a fit for the role of Maintenance Technician, if your background includes:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4 years similar experience.
- Ability to read and analyze mechanical drawing, blueprint, electrical schematic would be highly evaluated. Machine shop experience is a plus.
- Ability to use common hand tools, knowledge of measuring instruments such as: micrometer, caliper, etc.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment including electrical wiring, electrical components, pneumatic systems, water/cooling systems, hydraulics and general maintenance.
- Understanding of basic electrical/ mechanics, metal fabrication, and application of various materials.
- Standing and walking required for 75% of day, some lifting and pulling required.
