What We Offer:
- Structured Training for Success: Start as a Management Trainee, gaining hands-on experience in all restaurant roles to develop your leadership skills. Progress through our training program with Certification Bonuses at various levels
- Compensation:
- Annual Base Pay: $46K to $56K for Certified Managers.
- Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $500 for meeting key objectives.
- Weekly Performance Bonuses: Additional $100 for consistent metric achievements.
- Year-End Performance Bonuses: Top performers can qualify for over $10K

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment, adhering to all safety and food regulations.
- Maintain high standards for food preparation and service.
- Develop a guest-focused culture within the restaurant.
- Recruit, hire, and train team members effectively.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement action plans for improvements.
- Manage inventory, vendor orders, and financial reporting.
- Lead team meetings and deliver training sessions to staff.
