We are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your tax expertise in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of tax preparation, a solid business background, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with clients
- Stay current with tax regulations and apply them appropriately
- Collaborate with team members in a professional setting
- A minimum of 1+ season of tax preparation experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or retail is a plus
- Hourly pay plus a competitive bonus program
