Location: Charlotte *** HUB (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business performance by designing and delivering impactful learning experiences. You will lead the development of both virtual and in-person training programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global business strategies and processes. This is a hybrid role based in our Charlotte HUB location, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-visibility initiatives with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop learning objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Qualifications & Skills
• Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, particularly the ADDIE model, within a corporate environment
• Advanced skills in eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline; experience with video production and graphic design is highly desirable
• Ability to distill complex systems and processes into clear, learner-friendly content
• Strong critical thinking skills to extract and structure content from technical subject matter experts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficient in creating high-quality instructional materials using Microsoft Office, including presentations, job aids, and learning guides
Time Keeping
Worker will utilize SAP Fieldglass for weekly time reporting.
