As a Senior Manager in Solutions Architecture, you will play a critical role in building and bringing our data security tools to market. You will collaborate with a talented team of product, tech, and design leaders, challenging the status quo and seeking the best outcomes for our customers.

Key Areas of Focus:
  • Trusted Advisor: Address customer tech, product, and cyber needs with tailored solutions.
  • Customer Ambassador: Represent customer voices in internal discussions to drive enhancements.
  • Demonstrate Value: Identify solutions that provide maximum value to customers.
  • Thought Leadership: Share knowledge and insights based on experience and research.
  • Subject Matter Experts: Develop expertise in products and technology domains.
  • Pre-Sales & Post-Sales: Assist customers during the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Solution Oriented: Innovate solutions for customer challenges using all available resources.
  • Channel Partnership: Work with Partner Sales Engineers for joint strategies and value propositions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trusting relationships with customers by understanding their business outcomes.
  • Advocate for customers to shape product roadmaps and organizational objectives.
  • Manage customer interactions to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Develop key processes for customer engagement and technical support.
  • Serve as a resource for teams and customers, navigating complex solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals related to customer solutions.
  • Evaluate technologies that align with customer needs and business growth.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • 4+ years in design, implementation, or consulting of distributed applications.
  • 3+ years in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and data security.
  • 3+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes.
  • Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Effective communication across organizations.
  • Insight into API design and integration.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience in software development or internet industries.
  • Track record of successful technical consulting with large-scale clients.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO).
  • Knowledge of cryptography, data encryption, tokenization, and data security technologies.

This role is not eligible for employment authorization sponsorship. The salary range for this position is between $204,900 and $233,800, depending on experience and location. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being.
