As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a top-notch car wash experience. Your responsibilities will include safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring the site is clean and welcoming, operating the payment station, greeting customers warmly, and assisting them to ensure their needs are met with outstanding service.
