Service Advisor - High-Energy Closer for a Multi-Unit Repair Shop Group

Location: Greater Raleigh-Durham, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday (No Nights. No Weekends. No Holidays.)

Compensation: Competitive base + aggressive bonus structure - Total Compensation Range - $75k-$100k

AutoShop Recruiting is partnered with a reputable, multi-location automotive repair group in the Raleigh/Durham market seeking a high-octane Service Advisor-someone who doesn't hide behind the counter, doesn't babysit a stool, and isn't afraid to get in the bay, check in on vehicles, collaborate with techs, and close deals all day long. This is a family-oriented, values-driven operation where Advisors are leaders on the front lines: educating customers, driving sales, maintaining workflow, and helping the shop operate at peak performance. What You'll Do

This is an in-the-trenches role. You'll:
  • Greet customers, listen actively, and build trust quickly
  • Perform detailed walk-arounds and verify vehicle concerns hands-on
  • Stay in the bays with the technicians to understand recommendations thoroughly
  • Present estimates with confidence and close at a high percentage
  • Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process
  • Drive sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity
  • Manage workflow efficiently to support both customers and technicians
  • Deliver a world-class service experience that keeps customers coming back
What We're Looking For

We need a Service Advisor who thrives in a high-energy, boots-on-the-ground environment:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer
  • Strong closing skills - you know how to overcome objections and build value
  • Comfortable being in the bays, interacting with techs, and verifying concerns
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Organized, proactive, and great at controlling the front counter
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
