Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - SLP - Rehab Services - Outpatient
Shift: Variable D/E / start time 7:30a, 8a, 10:30a, 8x5, 40 hrs/weekLength: 13 weeksbetween 7:30a-7p M-TH, 7:30a-4:30p F
2 evenings required. Minor holidays are required.
Requirements:
  • CT license
  • 2 years experience in Outpatient Experience in swallow/speech/cognitive-linguistic evaluations, FEES, laryngectomy, head and neck cancer/lymphedema
  • AHA BLS
  • LSVT LOUD certification preferred
  • OCS preferred
Other Details:
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Scrubs: any color
  • Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
  • Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
  • N95 Fit test required
  • Locals are accepted (75 miles or less)
