Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a focus on integration to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the transformation of IT service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
  • 8 years of experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in Vulnerability reporting skillset
  • 7 years of experience with ServiceNow development focusing on integrations
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP
  • Experience developing ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
  • Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization techniques
  • Experience implementing REST API integration with third-party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB
  • Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework
  • Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  • Experience with backend SQL Server development
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define, and implement integration solutions to meet business needs
  • Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting the current state
  • Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and program effectiveness
