Family Practice PhysicianWe are actively seeking a Family Practice Physician to join a long standing Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Florida.The Company: Our Client has been established for 40 years and offers tremendous stability for the Providers. They operate 14 Center in 6 counties in Northeast Florida, 11 Primary Care Centers and 3 Dental Centers.The Position: We're looking for a Family Practice Physician. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $170,000 and up depending on experience.3 weeks PTO (vacation and sick days combined)11 Federal Holidays paid5 days CME's with reimbursementLoan Repayment up to $50k for 2 yearsFull Benefits through Blue Cross$15k Life insurance paidShort and Long term disabilityProductivity bonus anywhere from $6,400 to $30k a yearSign on Bonus and relocation available2 memberships paid per yearRequirements:Board Eligible or Board CertifiedCurrent Florida medical license requiredACN License will be consideredNew grads welcomeResponsibilities:Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm22-25 patients a dayNo Hospital Call (phone only) 1:4No Procedures requiredPlease apply or send updated resume to or
