Overview

Mustard Seed Financial & Insurance is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive/Customer Service Representative in Meridian, Idaho. The role focuses on providing exceptional service and support to our clients as the first point of contact for inquiries, policy information, and service needs.

Responsibilities
  • New Accounts: Evaluate client needs and risk profiles to determine appropriate coverages and carriers for all personal lines exposures.
  • Client Assistance: Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients regarding their personal lines insurance policies.
  • Policy Reviews: Proactively review client policies to identify potential coverage gaps or opportunities for savings.
  • Policy Changes: Process policy changes accurately and ensure all client information is up to date.
  • Claims Support: Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, providing guidance throughout the process.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Insurance Knowledge: 1+ years hands-on experience with personal lines insurance products and policies.
  • Idaho or Oregon Property and Casualty Producer's License (Active).
  • In-office work, Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM in Meridian, ID or Ontario, OR (location choice).
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective in verbal and written forms.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
