Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Must be licensed in P&C
  • Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain)
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
  • Base Salary plus commission/bonus
  • Group health plan. $300 monthly allowance
  • Dental and Vision, paid by owner
  • Group Life $75,000.00, paid by owner

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Orange.
  • Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Closed on Weekends..
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 2007.
  • We currently have 10 team members at our agency.
  • We have 110 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
  • Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
