- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Assist in the development and management of the unit's budget, ensuring the effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of care.
- Maintain open and effective communication with staff, patients, families, and other healthcare providers, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Address and resolve issues related to patient care, staff performance, and operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare trends, and lead efforts to integrate new knowledge and techniques into the unit's practice.
