As a Seasonal Inventory Management Associate, you will play a critical role in our store's inventory control processes. Your expertise in managing inventory flow and maintaining stock levels will contribute directly to our mission of providing exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

In this role, you will assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in ensuring that our sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing inventory, helping maintain a clean stockroom, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a service-oriented culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Accurately process all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Verify merchandise deliveries to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to all ticketing and signage guidelines.
  • Place EAS tags on merchandise in accordance with Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Input freight information accurately and promptly into the appropriate systems.
  • Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, and markdowns in line with company policies.
  • Maintain productivity by meeting units per hour (UPH) targets.
  • Keep the stockroom organized and compliant with local and state regulations.
  • Follow all local, federal, and state laws, in addition to company policies and practices.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, corporate partners, and vendors.
