Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics (New Grads are Welcome..)

Location: Highland, IN/ Munster, IN
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Days (~8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, No weekends or on-call)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient clinic team. This role offers predictable schedules, efficient documentation systems, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring both professional growth and work-life balance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services in a clinic setting
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce after-hours work
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and ABA professionals
• Contribute to a supportive and therapist-led culture that values clinical excellence and balance

Qualifications:
• Active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License
• 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
