MLee Healthcare is looking for a Hematology Lab Supervisor to oversee a team of technologists at a well-established hospital in the Atlanta, Ga area. Supervising the day to day performance of work in Hematology, in addition to performing regular duties such as tests and procedures.

Pay: $87,829 - $102,459
Schedule: Mon - Fri (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolution of technical problems in accordance with policies and procedures established by the laboratory director or technical supervisor
  • Ensuring that remedial actions are taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications
  • Coordinate laboratory education activities, and assists with laboratory safety and quality program
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
  • 3 years of Supervisory or Leadership Experience
  • Expertise in High Complexity Testing
  • ASCP or AMT Certified
  • BLS
