About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk with warehouse experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, assist with order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between front-office and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory and shipments
- Prepare shipping documents and labels
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders and inventory
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product availability
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing
- Assist with warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., light packing, order checking)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service experience (warehouse/logistics environment preferred)
- Basic knowledge of shipping systems and inventory software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
