Front Desk Receptionist - Full Time
Starting Wage: $16 per hour

Are you organized, friendly, and ready to be the welcoming face of our community? We're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the information hub for residents, families, staff, and visitors. You'll be the go-to person for questions, appointments, and daily operations, making every visitor feel valued.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet residents, guests, and staff with a warm smile
  • Professionally handle phone calls and route inquiries
  • Assist with resident requests, doctor and beauty/barber appointments
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby
  • Support administrative staff with clerical and computer tasks
  • Help with marketing, sales inquiries, and community events
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and use the nurse paging system
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
  • Ability to multitask and stay aware of daily activities
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
