Before COVID, I was highly involved in community events-so much so that I was honored as the Brazilian mayor for a day in a city in our state. While things have changed, I still prioritize sponsorships and attending events to stay engaged with the people we serve.

Our team is a mix of experienced professionals who have been with me since day one and new talent eager to grow. We hold ourselves to high standards, always striving to provide top-tier customer service. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Talline Carvalho - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you'll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You'll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency's success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in Danbury.
  • Our office is open 9-5 and saturdays 9-noon.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
  • We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
  • We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
  • Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
