Qualifications

  • A genuine desire to serve patients and families while providing exceptional care.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in chronic disease management or long-term care within the last 5 years, with hospice experience preferred.
  • Required: Reliable transportation and the capacity to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs to support patients effectively.
