Dentist - Green Bay - Sleep Apnea Mentorship

A general dentist is wanted to start immediately in Green Bay, WI. This is a growing privately owned group practice . There are opportunities for future growth in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform posterior endodontics
  • Provide sleep apnea treatment (mentorship available)
  • Conduct implant placements
  • Offer orthodontics with Sure Smiles (no brackets or wires)
  • Manage extractions
  • Oversee administrative functions and supervise dental staff
Practice Information
  • Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8-5
  • 10 operatories with digital equipment
  • 85% adults, 15% children
  • New equipment and supportive staff
Compensation
  • Base salary: $150k - $190k
  • Production-based compensation: 30-35%
  • Current associate earning $300k per year
Requirements
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Valid WI license and DEA
  • Willingness to be part of the Green Bay community
  • Competence in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on clinical excellence
