Job Description

Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $19/hr.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team in a family-owned flooring business. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth within the company, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
  • Operate tow motors and lifts (training provided)
  • Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance
  • Drive and make deliveries as needed (CDL not required)
Schedule & Benefits:
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Flexible Start Time: Can begin as early as 6:00 AM if preferred
  • Benefits (After 60 Days):
    • 401(k) match at 25 cents on the dollar, up to 3%
    • Dental & Vision insurance (secondary coverage)
    • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks to start, pro-rated based on start date
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus, but not required
