About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Tax Manager - Private Client Services on behalf of a highly respected public accounting firm based in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a seasoned CPA who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys strategic client engagement, and has deep experience in private client services, including trust, estate, and partnership taxation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review tax returns for trusts, estates, partnerships, and corporate entities.
- Design and execute customized tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of tax professionals to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Build and manage client relationships, assess tax risk areas, and deliver high-level advisory services.
- Oversee project timelines, team assignments, engagement budgets, and billing processes.
- 6+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
- CPA license required
- Expertise in corporate, partnership, and trust tax compliance and planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines with precision
- Familiarity with Lacerte, QuickBooks, BNA Tax Planner, and CaseWare is a plus
- Work with respected companies across the U.S.
