Start Date: Before November 14, 2025
Practice & Schedule
- Setting: Office practice with rotating hospital call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Average Patients/Day: ~10-15 (varies by visit type & call volume)
- Physicians in Practice: 3
- Supervision: No supervision of other providers
- Onsite Resources: Lab and Ultrasound
- Nursery Level: III
- EMR: Epic
- Reason for Recruitment: Provider resignation
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine - Required
- Fellowship training in MFM - Required
- Active New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain) - Required
- BLS & ACLS - Required
- DEA Registration - Required
