Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical staff

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Support professional development and performance management initiatives

    Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships

  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans

  • Lead proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations

    Market Awareness & Business Development

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy

  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to enhance market presence

    Technical Expertise

  • Oversee civil engineering design, permitting, and construction processes

  • Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure quality and regulatory compliance

  • Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges across all project phases

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

  • Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, team leadership, and client management

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
