Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Pay range: $80k - $110k per year
The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
- Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
- Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
