About the Project
Join the Phase 3 Project, a strategic GIS support initiative focused on enhancing enterprise geospatial capabilities. This role is part of an existing project ramp-up and offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge GIS technologies in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Server and related technologies
Customize and configure GIS applications including 3-GIS and ArcGIS Online
Administer and support ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal environments
Develop geo-processing services and spatial analysis models using Python and ArcPy
Perform Oracle Spatial database administration and support spatial data migration
Create detailed technical documentation including architecture, troubleshooting guides, and specifications
Collaborate with internal teams to support application upgrades and data migration efforts
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of experience in GIS development and support
Strong expertise in 3-GIS Customization
Proficiency in:
ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcSDE, ArcFM, ArcPro
ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS JavaScript API, AngularJS
Python (ArcPy, Notebooks), FME, Oracle Spatial
Experience with .NET technologies is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Esri's Utility Network (UN) tools and workflows
Advanced knowledge of ArcFM (Desktop and Web)
Expertise in PostgreSQL and Oracle for enterprise geodatabases
Proven experience in spatial database migration and managing large datasets
Background in IT infrastructure planning and GIS reporting using spatial analysis
