Must have:
• AWS knowledge [specially around data and analytics services]backend programming experience
• Minimum 2yrs Scala exp.
• Very good big data Spark understanding
• 3-5 yrs
Job Description:
- 10 to 12 years of total experience with Scala, Bigdata, Java programming
- Application development using Scala + Spark, Java, Microservices or REST APIs
- Bulk operations (Data load and unload) on databases and warehouses, expertise on big data projects
- AWS Services like S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, Lambda, RDS, AppFlow, Kendra, QuickSight
- Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG
- Source code versioning using GIT/SVN
- CI/CD using Jenkins/Gitlab/AWS services
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems e.g. OAuth, NTLM, SAML etc.
- Knowledge in building API based integration solutions with third party cloud/on-prem applications
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate / Professional)
- Experience working on NOSQL database like Mongo DB, Couch DB
- Good knowledge in tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and a proven ability to prioritize
