What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in their shopping journey, both online and in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of our latest technology.
- Identify personalized solutions that enrich our customers' connected lives.
- Deliver compassionate and impactful service to meet individual customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with T-Mobile employees to create a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred.
- A passion for connecting with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Strong competitive drive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
This is a learning role aimed at building your skills and preparing you for advancement. Successful completion of training within the first 90 days is required.
Compensation: Start at $20.00 per hour, plus $5.00 per hour during training. After promotion to Mobile Expert, you will be eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000.
