Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Knoxville, TN (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities
  • The Migration Manager will be responsible for research across Client systems to identify possible Customer contacts for a migration location.
  • Analyze external information sources as well as cross reference Client system data to make contact determination.
  • Work with decision makers to inform them of the migration effort and obtain agreement to schedule dates for o Site survey o Equipment installation o The Customer access migration.
  • Coordinate with Client network organization, vendors, and Customer to drive successful migrations.

Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED required Standard English communication skills written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Basic telecom industry knowledge Basic PC MS Office application knowledge
Prefer 6 months experience in telecom accepting finance or tech industry experience.
