Join Our Team as a Sales Associate
BuildingLink is on the lookout for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to enhance our growing Sales team This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and mentorship, preparing you for a future role as an Account Executive. As a Sales Associate, you will identify and engage potential customers who could benefit from our innovative products and services through various outreach methods, including cold calling, emails, personalized video messages, and occasional in-person marketing.
If you are a fast learner with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to achieve goals, we want to hear from you Although this position is primarily remote, candidates should be based in the NYC metro area and be willing to travel for in-person canvassing opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting proactive outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to generate sales growth by setting up qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
- Utilizing techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and personalized video messages to create new sales opportunities.
- Maintaining organized lead and prospect records in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Effectively representing BuildingLink's functionality and benefits to address specific consumer needs and challenges.
- Collaborating with peers and Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
- Employing top-notch sales enablement tools to discover additional growth opportunities.
- Actively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
- Providing regular reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
- Ensuring CRM data integrity through diligent account research and updates.
- Occasionally supporting Account Executives with order creation and administrative tasks to progress sales opportunities.
